We are passionate about bringing cutting edge science and engineering into the hands of K12 students.
Members of the Golecki Group worked with Daisy and Brownie Girl Scout Troops #2971 and #2779 to earn three robotics badges!
We collaborated with the the Soft Robotics Toolkit team at the Harvard Biodesign Lab and some amazing classroom teachers to bring soft robotics curricula to virtual classrooms globally this past year. Soft Robotics Toolkit K12 Virtual Classroom Program
High school students and their engineering teacher from Arlington Tech in Virginia joined the lab to design and prototype a smart vest for anxious dogs through the Grainger Engineering Young Scholars (GEnYuS) program through WYSE @ UIUC.
Undergraduates created a paper-based gripper for a marshmallow picking competition as part of the WYSE IMAGINE family STEM night!
